Job summary

Alay Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey.

Starting pay ranges from $21.40 to $30.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus paid time off and sick leave. Work is conducted in person in New Jersey, with a focus on community integration and mentorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Male.

Responsibilities

• Direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
