Auto Club Enterprises’ AAA Driving School seeks a full-time Driving School Instructor in Riverside, CA. You will deliver behind-the-wheel training, assess student progress, and guide learners to safe driving practices while adhering to AAA’s curriculum and standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid license with a clean record, and at least 5 years of driving experience. A state Driving School Instructor license, completion of a DMV physical, and background/drug checks are

Responsibilities

Deliver behind-the-wheel instruction to students of varying ages and experience levels, following AAA's curriculum and training standards.
Use driving school software to track and manage student progress.
Assess student performance and provide personalized guidance.
Stay current on safe and defensive driving practices and maintain all required state documentation.
Travel within a 50-mile radius as needed; a company vehicle with paid gas, maintenance, and insurance is provided.
