Auto Club Enterprises’ AAA Driving School seeks a full-time Driving School Instructor in Riverside, CA. You will deliver behind-the-wheel training, assess student progress, and guide learners to safe driving practices while adhering to AAA’s curriculum and standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid license with a clean record, and at least 5 years of driving experience. A state Driving School Instructor license, completion of a DMV physical, and background/drug checks are

Driving School Instructor

We deliver in-depth training and support for new instructors while valuing the experience of licensed professionals who are ready to put their skills to work with a trusted organization. In this role, you'll make a lasting impact - helping create safer roads by confidently guiding students of all ages through positive, professional instruction.

Hourly Pay: $24.50/hour - $26.00/hour

Schedule : 40 hours/week. Weekdays: Start between 11:30am-1:00pm, work an 8-hour/shift. Weekends: Minimum one day, starting as early as 7:00am for an 8-hour shift.

Company Vehicle Provided: all fuel, maintenance, and insurance fully covered

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• Experience in driving instruction, education, or the automotive industry
• Confidence working with the public, especially teens
• A strong commitment to promoting safe driving habits
• Flexibility to accommodate student schedules, including weekday afternoons and at least one weekend day
• Physical ability to sit for extended periods, hear and see in all weather conditions, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and lift up to 25lbs
• Must be capable of safely assuming control of the vehicle from the passenger seat during instruction or emergency situations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 5 years of driving experience
• Must obtain state-issued Driving School Instructor license, which includes passing a DMV-required physical exam
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening
