Job summary

AAA Driving School is seeking a Full-Time Driver Training Instructor to deliver behind-the-wheel instruction and guide students through the curriculum. The role requires flexibility for day and evening shifts, including weekend days, to meet student demand.

You will use our software to track progress, assess performance, and provide personalized coaching while staying up-to-date on defensive driving practices and state documentation. A valid license and DMV process are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
• Must obtain state-issued Driving School Instructor license, including DMV-required physical exam.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver behind-the-wheel instruction to students of varying ages and experience levels, following AAA’s curriculum and training standards
• Use our driving school software to track and manage student progress
• Assess student performance and provide personalized guidance
• Stay current on safe and defensive driving practices and maintain all required state documentation
