AAA Driving School is hiring a Full-Time Driver Training Instructor to deliver behind-the-wheel instruction and guide students through AAA’s curriculum. You’ll use our software to monitor progress, assess performance, and provide feedback, while maintaining current safety practices and state documentation.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, 5 years of driving experience, and the ability to travel up to 50 miles with a company vehicle provided, plus paid training and licensing support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
• Must obtain state-issued Driving School Instructor license.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver behind-the-wheel instruction to students of varying ages and experience levels, following AAA’s curriculum and training standards.
• Use our driving school software to track and manage student progress.
• Assess student performance and provide personalized guidance.
• Stay current on safe and defensive driving practices and maintain all required state documentation.
• Travel within a 50-mile radius as needed; a company vehicle with paid gas, maintenance, and insurance is provided.
