Job summary

Noblis is seeking an Advisory and Curriculum Designer to support the DoD DTRA GTR program. The role focuses on creating and managing high‑quality learning experiences for government partners, aligning courses with GT needs, and ensuring training compliance.

Ideal candidates have advanced instructional design credentials, DoD familiarity, and the ability to coordinate cross‑team efforts across training logistics and content development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 5 years of experience OR bachelor’s degree and 10 years.
• Experience with end-to-end lifecycle of learning experiences.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and training records.
• DoD clearance or ability to obtain U.S. clearance; US citizenship required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess knowledge gaps and provide training recommendations.
• Design and evaluate instructor-led training solutions.
• Update courses managed by the Training Team.
• Ensure regulatory training compliance requirements are met.
• Arrange logistics for training events and coordinate with SMEs.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to align courses with GT needs.
• Plan yearly agency-wide Training Week; collaborate across GT.
• Assist Training Team lead with deadlines and follow-up.
