Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or related technical discipline (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing and delivering technical training for enterprise software or information systems.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience creating training plans, curricula, instructional materials, and student documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for software applications, system administration, and procedures.
• Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive training plan for internal personnel and Government customers.
• Design and develop instructor‑led training, labs, student guides, quick references, and e‑learning content.
• Deliver technical training to engineers, system admins, operators, FSRs, and Government personnel.
• Develop curricula for new software releases, tech refreshes, and engineering changes.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure materials reflect current capabilities.
• Maintain training documentation, lesson plans, schedules, attendance, and metrics.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest curriculum improvements.
• Support deployments with onsite operator and administrator training.
• Assist with knowledge articles, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Provide demonstrations and briefings to Government customers and leadership.
• Support proposals with training approaches and schedules.
