Job summary

Noblis is seeking a Curriculum Designer for the DTRA GTR Training Team to design and implement instructor-led training solutions and assess client knowledge gaps. You will coordinate with SMEs and leadership to ensure compliance and timely delivery of training programs.

The role emphasizes adult learning principles, course design, and effective communication, with DoD clearance and US citizenship as prerequisites. Remote/hybrid status may change; the team supports national security missions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Curriculum Design, Instructional Systems Design, Instructional Technology, Curriculum Development, Education, or similar field and five (5) years of experience OR a bachelor's degree in one of these or a similar field and ten (10) years of experience
• Experience implementing end-to-end lifecycle of creating and deploying high-quality learning experiences
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and managing complex data sets including training records and certificates
• Experience with designing and maintaining courses using Articulate Storyline or similar platform preferred
• Expert in adult learning principles and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• DoD Secret clearance or higher, or ability to obtain a U.S. clearance
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess knowledge gaps and provide training and professional development recommendations.
• Develop, design, implement and evaluate Instructor-led training solutions and learning experiences.
• Proactively review, enhance and update all courses managed by the Training Team
• Ensure personnel meet regulatory training compliance requirements
• Arrange and manage logistics for training events including agendas, invitations, and materials
• Coordinate with SMEs to align courses with GT needs
• Plan and execute yearly agency-wide Training Week
• Collaborate to build networks across GT
• Keep Training Team lead informed of deadlines and responsibilities
• Contribute to other projects for the organization’s benefit
