Job summary

NTT DATA North America in Quantico, Virginia (US-VA) seeks an experienced Instructional Systems Designer to analyze curricula and assessment requirements, develop learning objectives, and craft lesson plans with integrated scenarios for advanced joint training across programs.

The incumbent will ensure alignment of training solutions to requirements and support instructor preparation, sequencing, scheduling, and evaluation to provide leadership with actionable feedback on training program

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience reviewing and analyzing curricula and program assessment requirements.
Minimum 10 years of experience conducting analysis, identifying, articulating, and validating new assessment requirements, creating learning objectives and developing lesson plans.
Minimum 10 years of experience assisting with instructor preparation to sequence, schedule, and observe/evaluate delivery and provide feedback/data.
Top Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze curricula and program assessment requirements to develop new assessment components.
Create learning objectives and lesson plans incorporating instructional strategies.
Assist instructors with sequencing, scheduling, delivery observation and data feedback.
