Noblis is seeking an Advisory and Curriculum Designer to support the DoD DTRA GTR program. The role focuses on creating and managing high‑quality learning experiences for government partners, aligning courses with GT needs, and ensuring training compliance.
Ideal candidates have advanced instructional design credentials, DoD familiarity, and the ability to coordinate cross‑team efforts across training logistics and content development.

This position serves as an Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) Curriculum Designer for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Global Threat Reduction (GTR) Program, Mission Support Department (GT-MS). The GTR Program works cooperatively with allies and partners to reduce or eliminate WMD threats. The DoD’s GTR Program is implemented by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) in alignment with the 2017 National Security Strategy, 2018 National Defense Strategy, and the DoD Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Strategy. The cooperative nature of the DoD’s GTR activities yields a secondary benefit of strengthening regional alliances, deepening existing partnerships, and attracting new partners.

Master’s degree in Curriculum Design, Instructional Systems Design, Instructional Technology, Curriculum Development, Education, or similar field and five (5) years of experience OR a bachelor’s degree in one of these or a similar field and ten (10) years of experience

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
