Qualifications

• High School diploma required; degree preferred.
• Experience with disability services or job coaching is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Organizes area MOU campaigns and develops new business relationships.
• Supervises Job Coaches and monitors work hours.
• Finds OJT opportunities matching customer interests and locations.
• Assists customers with applications, resumes, and interview prep.
• Maintains regular contact with customers and documents progress.
• Transports customers as needed to interviews.
