Black Hills Special Services Cooperative (BHSSC) is seeking a passionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Sturgis, SD. In this full-time role, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Flexibility in working evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required based on individual needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen is required.
• Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing and dressing.
• Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals.

Skills
