Integrated Life Choices is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a supportive setting. DSPs help people achieve independence, work on personal goals, and participate in community activities with safe, dignified care.

The role involves documenting shifts, assisting with daily living, and providing transportation as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with background checks and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Nebraska Child/Adult Protective Services Central Registry check is required.
• Criminal background check is required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in understanding and exercising their rights.
• Encourage independent living and self-advocacy.
• Deliver person-centered supports to meet individual needs.
• Assist with daily living, safety, and documentation at each shift.
• Provide transportation for those you support to activities and appointments.
