Hope Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for 1st shift at Bay Valley House in Bay City, MI. This full-time position supports individuals to gain independence and community integration through daily living activities and personalized care.

You will monitor safety, assist with personal care, transport, and community engagement while collaborating with the care team to meet medical and behavioral plans. A high school diploma or GED and a valid MI driver’s license are required.
