Job summary

YAI is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across multiple locations in Suffolk County. DSPs may support in homes, day habilitation centers, and community settings, fostering independence and social connections.

Responsibilities include personal care, safety, and implementing person-centered plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
