Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area or combination of certifications and experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the PC Support/Help Desk field.
• Experience with PC hardware and peripherals; law firm helpdesk experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for in-office technical assistance and tickets.
• Provide timely and effective solutions to end-user issues and requests.
• Troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Walk users through problem-solving steps and document resolutions.
• Account management: password resets and access permissions.
• Hardware/software setup and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers.
• Ticket management and SLA adherence.
• Contribute to IT knowledge base and provide user training.
• IT inventory management and asset tracking.
• Escalation and collaboration with IT teams; enforce IT security policies.
