Job summary

MITRE is seeking cybersecurity interns to work with experienced professionals on real-world challenges across cybersecurity, information security, and related domains. This paid internship provides exposure to adversary emulation, cyber forensics, threat intelligence, and secure system engineering.

Interns must be full-time students in accredited programs, remain enrolled after the internship, and meet on-site expectations of at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time student pursuing an accredited degree in cybersecurity or information security.
• Must continue to be enrolled the semester after the internship.
• Foundational knowledge in cybersecurity methodologies, frameworks, tools and/or programming languages.
• Must have sustained excellence in academic performance.
• This position has an on-site requirement of 3 days a week minimum.
