This role emphasizes assessment, plan implementation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. Ideal candidates hold an active nursing license with BLS/ACLS as required, and are committed to patient education, safety, and efficiency in a dynamic hospital setting.

Competenze

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Registered Nurse license (AR) required upon hire.

Mansioni

• Performs complete patient assessment.
• Develops Plan of Care to support patient goals and medical plan of care.
• Obtains and verifies all physician orders for procedures, medications, and therapies.
• Demonstrates teaching and patient education for patients and families.
• Participates in peer review and serves as a preceptor for staff and students.
