• Trauma Nurse Core Course, within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs complete patient assessments.
• Documents patient assessment as per hospital policy.
• Develops Plan of Care to support patient goals.
• Develops Plan of Care to support patient goals and the medical plan of care.
• Obtains and/or verifies all physician orders for procedures, medications, and therapies.
• Assures presence of consent and its documentation for procedures, therapies, and research protocols.
• Assures presence of appropriate supplies to perform the ordered procedure or therapy.

Responsibilities

• Performs complete patient assessment.

Compensation and Benefits

We are offering a sign on bonus up to $25,000 depending on shift to hires who meet the eligibility requirements. We also offer additional pay for participation in our clinical ladder as well as referral bonuses, excellent benefits, and relocation assistance.
