Qualifications

• Must hold a Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current RN license and CPR certification required.
• ACLS within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs complete patient assessment.
• Recognizes significant changes in patient status and seeks resources.
• Coordinates or collects physiologic monitoring data (vital signs, labs, results).
• Documents assessment and care plans in accordance with hospital policy.
• Maintains a plan of care and updates as needed.
