Job summary

Telecare Corporation's Windsor Center in California seeks dedicated team members to provide screening, assessment, and linkage of needed services for adults experiencing crisis. Under supervision, you will support clients and families to access behavioral health resources and stabilize crisis situations.

Shifts include 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays; starting wage range is $23.00–$25.15 per hour, with geographic differentials based on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Must have high school/GED and 3 years direct services; or Associate's with 2 years; or Bachelor's in Social Services.
• At least 1 year direct service in Crisis Intervention, including screening and assessments
• Sensitivity to multi-cultural populations and issues
• Must be at least 18 years old
• CPR, CPI, and First Aid certifications required on start or within 60 days
• Post-offer physical, TB test, background checks, licensure verification may be required; driving may be required

Responsibilities

• Provide screening, assessment, and link services to members and families to overcome crisis
• Serve as primary support and case manager under supervision
