Job summary

Telecare’s Windsor Center is seeking a Short-hour Crisis Intervention Specialist to help stabilize adults in crisis. You will screen and assess clients, link them to needed services, and support families during challenging moments.

Shifts include 7:00 AM–3:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays, with wages starting at $23.00 to $25.15 per hour and geographic differentials applied. The role requires high school graduation or better, plus 1+ year of crisis intervention experience and appropriate

Qualifications

• Must have CPR, CPI and First Aid certifications.
• Direct service experience with Crisis Intervention is required.
• Sensitive to multicultural populations and issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide screening and assessment to identify client needs.
• Assist in linking clients and families to crisis services and support.
• Work under supervision as a primary case manager to stabilize crisis situations.
