Job summary

Operations Council in the United States is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to translate strategy into disciplined operational execution across housing, programs, and support functions. The COO partners with the CEO to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, productivity, and measurable client impact in a grant-funded environment.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, monitor performance against grants, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 7+ years leading operations.
• Experience overseeing multi-site operations and grants compliance.
• Strong business thinking and financial literacy.
• Experience with digital data management and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Housing, Operations, and Programs.
• Oversee daily operations and program service delivery.
• Monitor performance against grants, adjust workflows.
• Establish and report staff productivity benchmarks.
