Reeves Young is looking for a Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager in Nashville, TN to oversee construction projects from start to finish. You will develop procurement strategies, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with engineers, architects, and vendors.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, ability to monitor financials, and proficiency with project management software. The position is on-site with potential for growth and collaboration on complex builds.

Qualifications

• Experience monitoring project finances and subcontract/vendor statuses.
• Willingness to learn and use specified PM software tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects as Project Engineer and Assistant PM.
• Develop procurement/buyout strategies and track in Buyout Log.
• Review project scope, drawings, specs and schedules.
• Identify long lead items and update schedule with team weekly.
• Create a business plan to maximize fee and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with supervisors to monitor progress and safety.
