Job Details: Job Location: Blue Bell, PA 19422, Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 Salary, Job Shift: Day, The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and maintaining organizational compliance with federal, state, and agency regulatory requirements related to employee training, credentialing, certifications, and operational standards. This position works collaboratively with Human Resources, Clinical Services, Residential Operations, Day Program, Nursing, ABA Services, and Quality Management to ensure employees maintain required qualifications and the organization remains audit-ready.

The Compliance Coordinator serves as the primary administrator for training records, compliance tracking systems, and regulatory reporting while providing ongoing support to leadership to ensure compliance deficiencies are identified and corrected promptly.

The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with all applicable federal, state, regulatory, accreditation, and agency requirements through effective monitoring, tracking, reporting, and coordination of employee training, credentialing, and operational compliance.

Training Compliance
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with all required employee training and certification requirements.
  • Coordinate initial orientation, annual training, and required recertification programs.
  • Track employee training deadlines and provide timely reminders to supervisors and staff.
  • Ensure new hire training requirements are completed within regulatory timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper training records.
  • Coordinate training schedules with instructors, operations, and department leadership.
  • Monitor attendance, completion, and competency documentation for all required training.
Regulatory Compliance
  • Monitor compliance with Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) regulations, Chapter 6100, 6400, 6500, and other applicable licensing requirements, as well as New Jersey’s Division of Developmental Disability (DDD) regulations.
  • Assist with preparation for licensing inspections, audits, surveys, and accreditation reviews.
  • Ensure required documentation is maintained in accordance with agency policies and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct routine compliance audits of employee files, certifications, and training documentation.
  • Monitor corrective action plans and ensure deficiencies are resolved within established timelines.
  • Stay informed of regulatory changes and communicate updates to leadership.
Documentation & Record Management
  • Maintain compliance databases, tracking systems, and electronic records.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of employee credentials, certifications, and licensure.
  • Maintain records related to CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, Incident Management, Abuse Prevention, HIPAA, Fire Safety, and other mandatory training.
  • Ensure documentation is audit-ready and readily available for regulatory review.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Generate weekly and monthly compliance reports for agency leadership.
  • Develop compliance dashboards to monitor organizational performance.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and areas of compliance risk.
  • Track training completion rates, certification expirations, and outstanding compliance items.
  • Prepare reports to support quality improvement initiatives.
Collaboration
  • Work collaboratively with Human Resources, Residential Operations, Day Program, Nursing, Clinical Services, ABA, Lifesharing, and Quality Management.
  • Communicate compliance concerns and recommendations to supervisors and leadership.
  • Assist departments in developing corrective action plans to address compliance deficiencies.
  • Provide technical assistance regarding training requirements and regulatory expectations.
Quality Improvement
  • Participate in quality assurance and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Recommend process improvements to increase compliance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in developing policies, procedures, and compliance tools.
  • Support organizational initiatives related to employee competency and regulatory readiness.
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Schedule training sessions and coordinate facility, instructor, and participant logistics.
  • Maintain confidential employee records in accordance with agency policy.
  • Assist with onboarding activities related to training compliance.
  • Respond to requests for compliance documentation and training verification.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support agency operations and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications: Education

Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Education, or related field, preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Experience
  • Minimum of two years of administrative, compliance, quality assurance, training coordination, or human services experience.
  • Experience working within Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), behavioral health, healthcare, or human services preferred.
  • Experience with Pennsylvania ODP and New Jersey DDD regulations is strongly preferred.
Essential Functions

  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS), EHR, or compliance tracking software preferred.
  • Ability to operate vehicles with a valid driver’s license in accordance with applicable state laws and company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare professional reports.
