Job summary

A leading real estate company in Cleveland is seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to ensure regulatory compliance across their affordable housing portfolio. You will support onsite teams, manage compliance projects, and collaborate with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, a Certified Occupancy Specialist designation, and extensive experience in Affordable Housing. This position offers a minimum salary of $60,000 along with benefits including health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Affordable Housing, with 2+ years onsite or in a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of compliance regulations and processes (LIHTC, HUD, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Review resident files for compliance with housing regulations.
• Support site teams with recertifications and documentation.
• Oversee Enterprise Income Verification compliance.
• Act as backup Certified Occupancy Specialist when needed.
