Job summary

Keystone Autism Services is seeking a Community Support and Employment Professional to empower individuals with autism through individualized supports and community participation. You will teach and coach participants to pursue meaningful opportunities and develop daily living skills, exercising personal choice to help them achieve personal goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CESP credential or an ACRE-based certificate of achievement is accepted, or certification within 9 months of hire.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills are required.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a private vehicle is required; use of personal vehicle to transport individuals within the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, person-directed support to individuals with autism.
• Teach, coach, and empower individuals to pursue meaningful opportunities and participate in their communities.
• Help individuals build an everyday life through social engagement, employment and daily living skills.
