Job summary

Keystone Autism Services in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Community Support and Employment Professional to provide individualized, person-directed supports that help individuals with autism pursue meaningful opportunities and make informed life choices within their communities.

You will teach, coach, and empower participants to build everyday living skills, form friendships, and participate as valued community members, using your own vehicle for community transport as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certification options include CESP, ACER certificates, or equivalent training with ACER-approved provider.
• Experience in the human services field is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and person‑directed supports to individuals with autism.
• Teach, coach and empower individuals to pursue meaningful opportunities and life choices.
• Help participants develop everyday living skills, form friendships and engage with their communities.
• Transport individuals within the community using a personal vehicle as needed.
