About the Role

Keystone Human Services is currently seeking Community Support Professionals to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the areas intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. Our work focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and fully participate in everything society has to offer. As a Community Support Professional, you will teach, coach, and support individuals with autism so they may have opportunities for growth, meaningful life choices, and become valued and contributing members of their communities. This person acts as an effective role model to support and assist individuals to have “everyday lives”: to meet new people, develop friendships, find and maintain employment, exercise choice, maintain activities of daily living and accomplish personal goals. Job Details

Part time non-exempt positions $19.00 per hour ($21.00 per hour with bachelor’s degree)

Keystone Human Services provides community-based services for children, adolescents, adults, and families in the areas of intellectual disabilities, autism, and mental health. In addition, we provide technical assistance to governments and other organizations to develop frameworks of support for people with disabilities. We also support educational efforts to promote community understanding and awareness of the value and importance of inclusion for all people in all aspects of society.

Locations

We offer services and supports in Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Delaware, and New Jersey in the United States, as well as parts of Eastern Europe and India.
