Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services discipline and experience with children and families.
• Provisional credentialing as a PCSS with eligibility for CSS in Mississippi.
• Ability to work across home, community, and office settings.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, families, and professionals to answer questions and coordinate care.
• Connect clients with community resources and document referral outcomes.
• Complete documentation within established time frames.
• Meet with clients weekly or bi-weekly for up to 12 months as required.
• Attend Treatment Team meetings and act as liaison with other agencies.
• Develop a recovery support plan within 30 days of referral.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support per program requirements.
• Ensure compliance with state regulatory bodies.
