Job summary

Community Action Partnership of Dickinson in Williston, North Dakota, is seeking a Client Services Case Manager for a full-time, year-round role. You will manage energy assistance, budgeting with clients and Senior CSP, and facilitate referrals to internal and community resources.

You will coordinate with program staff, prepare reports, maintain client records, handle scheduling and travel for meetings, and support Self-Sufficiency services and VITA tax work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supports agency mission, goals and values.
• Participates in strategic planning of the program.
• Assists Director by maintaining budget within fiscal constraints.
• Identifies issues and trends, facilitates change.
• Maintains confidentiality of staff, clients and agency.
• Liaises between departments and with other agencies.
• Prepares statistical and narrative reports to meet requirements.
• Attends meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Participates on program committees.
• Travels to meetings and trainings.
• Assists with program inventory and equipment.
• Monitors volunteers and clients within the department.
• Continues professional growth through training.
• Picks up and delivers items for the agency.
• Interviews clients, completes eligibility paperwork.
• Uses program software to monitor client information and services.
• Maintains knowledge of housing/apartment legislation and rules.
• Processes client applications for assistance.
• Maintains records on client tracking software.
• Assists with Self-Sufficiency Case Management including assessments and goals.
• Provides one-on-one personal financial counseling.
• Assists with VITA tax preparation.
• Supports agency programs including Representative Payee, Veteran, food programs.
• Assists with Supplemental Commodity Food Program distribution.
