Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a proactive Point of Contact Coordinator to build relationships with local communities and businesses in Michigan. You will recruit participant groups, coordinate schedules, and serve as the liaison between participants and the operations team for a robotics AI data collection project.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, project-based role.

Qualifications

• Comfortable reaching out to businesses, organizations, and community groups.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple participants and schedules simultaneously.
• Basic English communication skills with local language proficiency for market.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact local businesses, organizations, educational institutions, community groups, and other potential participant sources.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and business representatives.
• Recruit groups of participants who meet project requirements.
• Explain project scope, participation process, compensation, and expectations to potential participants.
• Coordinate participant schedules and ensure recording sessions are properly organized.
• Act as the main point of contact between participants and the TSMG operations team.
• Track participant progress and maintain recruitment and attendance records.
• Help resolve participant questions or logistical issues throughout the project.
• Ensure onboarding information and documentation are completed by participants.
• Support participant retention through regular communication and engagement.
• Report recruitment progress and project updates to the TSMG team.
