Job summary

TSMG is seeking a proactive Point of Contact Coordinator to support our Robotics AI data collection project in the Pittsburgh area. You will build relationships with local businesses and community groups, recruit participant cohorts, and coordinate project activities to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact local businesses, organizations, and community groups.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and business reps.
• Recruit participant groups meeting project requirements.
• Explain project scope, participation process, and compensation to participants.
• Coordinate participant schedules and recording sessions.
• Serve as the main point of contact between participants and the operations team.
• Track participant progress and maintain recruitment records.
• Address participant questions and logistics throughout the project.
• Ensure onboarding information and documentation are completed.
• Support retention by maintaining regular communication.
• Report recruitment progress and updates to the team.
