Job summary

TSMG seeks a proactive Point of Contact Coordinator for a remote, project-based role in the United States. You will recruit participant groups, liaise with local communities and businesses, and coordinate project activities and recording sessions.

You’ll communicate clearly, stay organized, and manage multiple schedules across markets. Training is provided, with flexible hours and occasional in-person meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable reaching out to businesses, organizations, and groups.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Capable of coordinating multiple participants and schedules.
• Proficient with email, spreadsheets and online meeting tools.
• Basic English communication skills; local market language also beneficial.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify local businesses, organizations, schools and groups as recruitment sources.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and representatives.
• Recruit participant groups meeting project requirements.
• Explain project scope, participation process, compensation, and expectations.
• Coordinate participant schedules and organize recording sessions.
• Serve as main point of contact between participants and operations team.
• Track progress and maintain recruitment/attendance records.
• Resolve questions or logistical issues throughout the project.
• Ensure onboarding information and documentation are completed.
• Maintain participant engagement and regular communication.
• Report recruitment progress and updates to the team.
