Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-profit experience preferred.
• Experience with nonprofit CRM systems (Salesforce, Network for Good, Razors Edge).
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfort with technology and social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Represent The Singletons at community events and with partners.
• Manage relationships with supporters and volunteers.
• Coordinate drives and provide monthly partner updates.
• Oversee volunteer program communications and outreach.
• Support fundraising events and third-party engagements.
• Track donations and manage donor acknowledgments.
• Research and draft grant proposals and LOIs.
