Job summary

Partnership for Strong Families, Inc. is seeking an Engagement and Development Specialist to promote PSF across its 13-county service area.

You will represent PSF at events, lead donation drives, build partnerships, and craft consistent messaging to increase awareness and support for PSF’s programs. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned communicator with a passion for development and community engagement, able to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects with strong writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lead multiple projects.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software and excellent writing.
• Must possess a valid Florida driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Represent PSF at community meetings and networking events.
• Coordinate initiatives like Wish Upon a Star and Back-to-School Drive.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and donors.
• Assist in newsletters, promotional materials, and grant proposals.
• Lead Children’s Partnership Council meetings and support outreach.
• Develop engaging social media content and respond to inquiries.
