Job summary

Commerce Bank is seeking a Training Systems & Design professional to design, deliver, and sustain training programs across Commercial segments. You will collaborate with stakeholders to align learning with business goals and drive adopting changes.

Responsibilities include creating instructor-led materials, eLearning, job aids, and simulations, while applying adult learning principles and change management practices. Flexibility, collaboration, and customer-focused delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years in training, consulting, or project roles supporting system or business process transformation change initiatives.
• Experience with Salesforce or other training systems.
• Prosci or other Change Management Certification required, or able to obtain within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, continuing education, sales effectiveness, systems adoption, and business process transformation strategies.
• Develop and execute training programs of low to moderate complexity with stakeholder collaboration.
• Design and deliver training content (ILT, virtual, quick reference guides, job aids, videos, eLearning).
• Gather and assess learning requirements and adoption risks to provide recommendations grounded in adult learning and change practices.
• Support change management strategies and align plans with project and communication efforts.
• Coordinate training initiatives to deliver blended learning solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Build relationships with business lines and cross-functional partners to support Commercial objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
