You will collaborate with Relationship Managers, Senior Portfolio Managers, and Credit Risk to structure covenants, evaluate collateral, and deliver well-supported credit recommendations while ensuring compliance and governance across the process.

• Maintain an independent, forward-looking view on client creditworthiness.
• Perform monitoring, periodic deal reviews, and renew or modify deals.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk, Senior Portfolio Managers, and Relationship Managers.
• Analyze historical financials and projections for risk ratings and trends.
• Manage underwriting, approval, and documentation for transactions including treasury and derivatives.
• Review and recommend credit decisions; interpret lending policies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Train junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of system records and data governance.
