Qualifications

• 2+ years of collections experience.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.
• Bi-lingual in English and another language (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to resolve delinquency.
• Evaluate loan resolution options and recommend solutions.
• Respond promptly to servicing questions and concerns.
• Input data and verify information for electronic payments.
• Cross-sell/up-sell products to generate revenue.
• Document each customer interaction in the servicing system.
• Explain loan payment histories using basic accounting concepts.
• Adhere to scheduling guidelines and regulatory procedures.
• Perform follow-up and research to ensure resolution.
• Other duties as assigned.
