PhaseWell Research is seeking a Community Liaison to serve as the primary contact between the organization and the community for clinical trial recruitment in Austin, TX. The role involves identifying prospective participants, outreach, and guiding candidates through early enrollment steps.

Responsibilities include coordinating medical record collection, maintaining confidential files, and traveling to subjects' homes as needed, with weekly trips between Dallas and Austin.

Formación

• Three years of experience in a healthcare role.
• Experience with clinical trials is desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret protocols and medical records.
• Strong communication with physicians, staff and patients.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and related regulations.
• Familiarity with EMR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage recruitment for multiple clinical trials.
• Adhere to GCP and study protocol.
• Request and follow up on medical records.
• Maintain patient files and protect privacy.
• Communicate with physicians and study staff.
• Discuss study protocols with subjects and answer questions.
• Return calls from potential subjects.
• Travel to subject homes and perform assessments.
