Job summary

Community Clinical Research LLC is seeking a Community Liaison to serve as the primary link between the organization and potential study participants in Texas. You will identify, contact, and guide candidates through early enrollment steps, coordinating records and maintaining clear communication.

The role requires at least three years in healthcare, familiarity with clinical trials, GCP guidelines, EMR proficiency, and a valid Texas driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret protocols and medical records.
• Explain study information clearly to physicians, staff and patients.
• Knowledge of GCP and applicable regulations for human subjects protection.
• Proficient with EMR systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Valid Texas driver's license and ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for multiple clinical trials at once.
• Adhere to Practice Guidelines (PG) and Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
• Request medical records from facilities and follow up until received.
• Maintain patient files while protecting confidentiality.
• Communicate with physicians, study coordinators and care providers.
• Discuss study protocols with subjects and answer questions.
• Return calls to potential study subjects.
• Travel to subject homes and perform assessments.
• Drive study subjects from Dallas to Austin 1–2 times per week.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
