Job summary

Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, is seeking a Project Manager to drive clinical study management from planning through closeout. You will translate customer needs into actionable plans, develop documentation, and coordinate equipment and budgets to ensure timely study delivery.

You will interact with internal teams and external stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and support onboarding of new PM members while traveling up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in project management or related field.
• 1–4 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical, clinical, or related industry.
• Knowledge of the drug development lifecycle and clinical trial processes.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with demonstrated accountability and responsiveness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel up to approximately 20%

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of clinical study management, ensuring delivery of high-quality services
• Gather and translate customer requirements into actionable plans for internal teams
• Develop and maintain study documentation, reports, and data archiving processes
• Coordinate equipment distribution and tracking to support study execution
• Monitor study timelines and manage financial components, including budgets, revenue forecasting, scope changes, and invoice reconciliation
• Identify study risks, propose mitigation strategies, and elevate issues as appropriate
• Manage internal and external stakeholder communications, negotiations, and relationships to ensure alignment and collaboration
• Promote a positive team environment through effective communication and resource coordination
• Apply structured problem-solving approaches to resolve client issues and maintain issue tracking for timely resolution
• Represent study services in client meetings, including investigator and site initiation meetings, as needed
• Support onboarding and training of new Project Management team members
