Job summary

Clario is hiring a Project Manager for Cardiac Safety to orchestrate planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout of clinical studies. You will translate customer requirements into internal action plans and oversee documentation, data archiving, and equipment logistics.

The role requires 1–4 years of PM experience in pharma/clinical environments, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in project management or related field.
• 1–4 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical/clinical industry preferred.
• Knowledge of the drug development lifecycle and clinical trial processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout of clinical study management.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable plans for internal teams.
• Develop and maintain study documentation, reports, and data archiving processes.
• Coordinate equipment distribution and tracking for study execution.
• Monitor timelines and manage budgets, revenue forecasting, and invoice reconciliation.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation, and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Represent study services in client meetings, including investigator and site initiation meetings.
