• Coordinate equipment distribution and tracking for study execution.
• Monitor timelines and manage budgets, revenue forecasting, and invoices.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder communications and relationships to ensure alignment.
• Support onboarding and training of new PM team members.
