Job summary

Highbar Physical Therapy seeks a Site Coordinator to lead administrative operations across clinics in New England. You will train staff, oversee PCCs and Exercise Specialists, coordinate schedules, and drive efficiency while ensuring top-notch patient service.

You will handle authorizations, payments, and communications with physicians, balancing day-to-day tasks with strategic process improvements and reporting.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of related experience and/or training.
• Associate degree in healthcare administration preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard administrative staff and on-board Exercise Specialists.
• Coordinate scheduling to ensure adequate administrative support.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure excellent patient experience.
• Handle patient appointments, payments, and documentation.
• Interface with insurance providers for authorizations and tracking.
