Job summary

Andwell Health Partners in Lewiston, Maine is seeking a Certified Intentional Peer Support Specialist to provide peer support and encouragement on recovery journeys. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CIPSS certification or ability to obtain provisional certification through CORE training within 9 months.
• Must have lived experience with mental health recovery and be willing to self-identify per Maine SAMHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer support and encouragement to individuals on their recovery journey.
• Help members identify and build natural support systems.
• Connect members with peer resources, advocacy groups, and community services.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support whole-person care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and other duties as assigned.
