The ideal candidate will implement essential principles of peer support and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills while working collaboratively with various stakeholders. A high school diploma and CIPSS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge gained by lived experience with recovery from trauma and mental illness.
• Peer support experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate, coach, and challenge individuals in their recovery.
• Implement the principles and tasks of Intentional Peer Support.
• Support and model healthy relationships.

Skills
