University of Vermont is seeking a Team Lead to supervise Training and Coaching Specialists, designing and delivering learning opportunities for Vermont’s child welfare and youth justice workforce and partners.

The role develops, trains, evaluates, coaches, and consults on a competency-based curriculum for the VT Child Welfare Partnership within the guidelines of TITLE IV-E. Hybrid work option is available.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in adult learning curriculum development and delivery.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Experience in curriculum development and trainer education.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership, supervision and oversight of Training and Coaching Specialists (TCSs) delivering learning opportunities for Vermont's child welfare workforce and partners.
• Develop, train, evaluate, coach and consult on a competency-based curriculum for statewide training.
• Collaborate with VT CWTP partnership between DCF Family Services and UVM School of Social Work to guide education.
