Strong communication and analytical skills are required. The role emphasizes high-volume caseloads, teamwork, and delivering quality service while navigating legal and administrative processes in a public sector

Qualifications

• Interact with a diverse public in a service setting and solve problems tactfully.
• Collect information through interviewing and reviewing records to determine actions.
• Plan, organize and handle multiple priorities independently in caseload settings.
• Interpret and apply laws, regulations, policies to ensure compliance and outcomes.
• Use a PC with remote access, email, information systems and Office apps.
• Demonstrate strong listening/negotiating skills with clear written and oral communication.
• Perform basic mathematical computations.
• Work collaboratively to achieve team goals.

Responsibilities

• Locate noncustodial parents and engage families to ensure support.
• Collaborate with state and other agencies on child support cases.
• Establish paternity and determine obligations and healthcare coverage.
• Enforce orders through administrative and judicial actions and testify in court when required.
• Provide resources and partnerships to help parents become self-sufficient.
• Meet performance benchmarks in a fast-paced environment.
