• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively in writing and speech; skilled with PCs, spreadsheets, word processing and automated information systems.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound independent judgment when addressing customer inquiries.
• Ability to research and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Maximizing team performance through training and technical guidance.
• Ability to observe and handle confidential information in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
